Who We Are
Zgheib Sayad, P.C., is a law firm dedicated entirely to representing individuals who have suffered an injury from a vaccine. Our objective is to obtain the maximum amount of compensation possible for our clients, and to provide the smoothest possible experience during a particularly difficult time in their lives. Our attorneys are all admitted to practice in the Court of Federal Claims and to handle vaccine injury cases nationwide.
While some law firms may dedicate some part of their practice to vaccine injury law, we focus our entire practice on it. Vaccine injury claims are often complex and difficult to litigate. So that we may best serve our clients, we focus all of our efforts in representing those individuals who suffered an injury from a vaccine.

Jimmy A. Zgheib, Esq.
Jimmy Zgheib is a founding member of Zgheib Sayad, P.C.
Mr. Zgheib is an experienced litigator in both Federal and State Courts with experience in the areas of vaccine injury, medical malpractice and personal injury.
Mr. Zgheib currently devotes his entire practice to representing individuals under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program. He has handled hundreds of SIRVA cases (Shoulder Injury Related to Vaccine Administration), especially those resulting in bursitis, frozen shoulder, and rotator cuff tears.
Mr. Zgheib also handles cases involving severe nerve injuries caused by vaccines, such as Guillain -Barre Syndrome and Transverse Myelitis.

AnnMarie Sayad is a founding member of Zgheib Sayad, P.C.
Mrs. Sayad is an experienced litigator in both Federal and State Courts with experience in the areas of vaccine injury, medical malpractice and personal injury.
Mrs. Sayad currently devotes her entire law practice to representing individuals under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program.
She has extensive experience litigating vaccine injury cases, including those involving Shoulder Injury Related to Vaccine Administration (SIRVA).

Joseph Sayad is a partner of Zgheib Sayad, P.C.
Mr. Sayad is an experienced litigator in both Federal and State Courts. He has represented individuals and corporations in civil litigation in various courts of the State of New York and various Federal Courts throughout the country.
Mr. Sayad currently devotes his entire practice to representing individuals under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program.

Jennifer Sayad is a partner of Zgheib Sayad, P.C.
Mrs. Sayad is an experienced litigator in both Federal and State Courts. She has represented individuals in estate litigation, administration, and probate, and has served as Associate General Counsel to the largest unclaimed property and reporting firm in the nation.
Mrs. Sayad currently devotes her entire practice to representing individuals under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program.
